Technology has to be invented or adopted

In order to refine the concept into something specific, we start by summarizing the objectives of the project. From this, we write a brief document to specify the project’s technical scope. We welcome if the client already had technical specification documents. It is obvious that most of clients do not have knowledge on technical details involving in the design. In such cases our team helps them out to convert their ideas into design specifications. As an electronics design company who has experience in handling many different ideas to completion, we are confident that we’ll know what is right for your project.

We typically start price quotation by verifying the suitability and availability of the major components required. We then investigate the cost of major parts and explore the options and trade-offs between cost and performance. Part of this process may justify construction of “proof of concept” hardware to find out if the idea works, or works well enough to take it further. Then we will analyze the amount of work involved, number of engineers to engage on the design and dead line for the project. Then quotation will send to the customer. The product design will be commenced only when client accepts the quotation and place the order for prototype.

Hardware Development Phase

Starting with the project specification, available components are once again reviewed and final selections made taking into account cost, performance and availability factors. Next, using PCB Design tool, we design the electronic circuitry and produce the schematic design, including generating a bill of materials, creating CAD layouts of the PCB, and manufacturing bench top prototypes.

Software and Firmware Development Phase

The next step of the design process is the software and firmware development phase. This consists of generating state diagrams and firmware documentation. From this, well commented software code is drafted.

Product Testing

Only when software and firmware are complete
can serious bench testing commence. Several hardware spins are expected in order to refine the performance of the prototypes. When we are satisfied that the design meets the project specifications at a bench-top level, the results will be demonstrated to client. If clients require to bringing any modification on design then we will do that. Please note that if the changes are not hardware changes and can be achievable through the firmware up gradation then no charges will be applied.
